Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location and the weight of the outfit. Please be aware that any duties and customs fees incurred in the destination country are the client's responsibility.
For made-to-order items, the processing time ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, not including weekends and public holidays, according to Pakistan Standard Time (PST/GMT +5 hours).
Ready-to-ship items will be delivered within 14 days across the United States. Umbar Saeed is not responsible for delays caused by weather, political factors, or other unforeseen events beyond our control that may affect delivery times.
For international deliveries, our logistics partners and affiliates will determine the estimated delivery timeframe.

Return & Refund
At Umbar Saaed, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our online business - we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the original order date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange or refunds.
- Shipping costs and Restocking fee are non-refundable.
- Store credit or exchange is available if the item is returned within 7 days of the return label being issued; otherwise, the label will be cancelled.
