Custom Order Workflow at Umbar Saaed

Where couture meets craftsmanship, every step of the way.


Step 1: Initial Inquiry

The journey begins when you reach out to us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email, or our website.
We’ll ask you a few questions to understand your style preferences, occasion, timeline, and budget.

📩 What we need from you:

  • Reference photos or inspiration (optional)

  • Color preferences

  • Type of outfit (e.g., bridal, formal, casual luxe)


Step 2: Design Consultation

🧵 A dedicated stylist from Team Umbar Saaed will get in touch to discuss:

  • Outfit silhouette and structure

  • Fabric suggestions

  • Embroidery style

  • Custom embellishments and colors
    We'll guide you through our design options or sketch a custom concept based on your vision at a charge.

Work One-on-One with Our Designer

Want a custom design created just for you?

If you'd like one of our designers to work directly with you to bring your vision to life, we offer personalized design consultations at a rate of $25 per session. During the call, we’ll explore your preferences, suggest fabrics and styles, and co-create a design that’s uniquely yours.

📞 Design consultations are 20-25 minutes and conducted via WhatsApp or Zoom.

To book your session, please message us or select the “Designer Consultation” under custom orders on the main menu. 


Step 3: Measurements & Confirmation

📏 Once the design is finalized, we’ll request your complete measurements using a form or video call.
We also finalize:

  • Fabric choices

  • Embroidery/handwork directions

  • Timeline expectations
    At this stage, you’ll receive a custom order summary with all confirmed details.

✔️ Client approval is required to proceed.


Step 4: Material Preview

📸 We’ll send high-quality pictures and videos of the selected fabrics, laces, trims, and embellishments.
You get a visual confirmation before we start any embroidery or construction.


Step 5: Handwork Sample Approval

🧶 A hand embroidery patch or sample will be created to demonstrate the exact workmanship.
Photos and videos will be shared for your review and feedback.

✅ This allows you to confirm detailing before the full design is executed.


Step 6: Final Design Approval

📨 Once everything is aligned (fit, material, handwork), we’ll send a final approval summary.
This includes:

  • Final sketch or layout

  • Confirmed sizing

  • Handwork and material confirmation

⚠️ No changes can be made beyond this point. The piece enters full production.


Step 7: Production & Stitching

🧵 Your outfit is now handcrafted by our artisans. This includes:

  • Cutting and tailoring

  • Hand embroidery and detailing

  • Final finishing and quality checks

📆 Estimated production time: [Insert your timeframe, e.g., 3–5 weeks]


Step 8: Final QC & Packing

🧼 Each outfit goes through a quality control process to ensure:

  • Accurate measurements

  • Flawless handwork

  • Finishing touches (lining, hemming, pressing)

📦 It is then packed, ready for global or local delivery.


Step 9: Shipping & Delivery

🚚 Once ready, we will share:

  • Shipping carrier & tracking number

  • Estimated delivery window

  • Care instructions and styling tips (if applicable)

🌍 We ship globally. Delivery timelines vary by location.
