1. Custom Order Policy

All custom orders are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications. By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved all provided details, including sizing, colors, design, text, and artwork.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Any request to modify an order must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the order date and is subject to our discretion and production status.

4. Turnaround Time

Custom orders typically require 4-6 weeks to produce. Turnaround time begins once full payment and final design approval are received. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee but are not guaranteed.

5. Design Accuracy & Color Disclaimer

We strive to match colors and design specifications as accurately as possible. However, color variations may occur due to screen settings, fabric dye lots, and printing methods. Umbar Saaed is not liable for minor color or material discrepancies.

6. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, text, or logos for customization, you affirm that you own the rights to this content or have obtained appropriate permissions. Umbar Saaed is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from the use of submitted content.

7. Sizing Responsibility

Please Provide your personalized measurements using our form before placing your order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Umbar Saaed is not responsible for sizing issues once the garment is produced and any changes in customers size from the time of order to the time of delivery.

8. Customer Approval

All mock-ups, proofs, or final design previews must be reviewed and approved by the customer. By approving a mock-up, you accept full responsibility for the final layout, spelling, sizing, and design placement.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship using reliable third-party carriers. Once shipped, Umbar Saaed is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

10. Force Majeure

Umbar Saaed shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
